Unitary Executive Order 4: Flag Precedence for Flag Day, June 14 2007

By the authority vested in me as the President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in order to establish more fully the fruits of the Unitary Executive and the enjoyment of the same by true and loyal American businesses, and to impose the will of the Vice Unitary Executive on the entire world, I do hereby order that the normal precedence of flag be set aside for this day at the Western White House in Crawford, Texas.

The following flags will take precedence over the national ensign:

The Flag of the State of Texas
The Confederate Flag

Today we must honor the great heritage of our nation, States Rights and Property Rights, which were bequeathed to us by our Founding Fathers, James C. Calhoun and Jefferson Davis, etc.
