Rosebud #235

So New York is going to have its first black governor. Only the eighth black governor in American history. He's from Brooklyn, lives in Harlem. He's interested in reducing domestic violence, increasing use of renewable energy, funding stem cell research. Affordable housing is a favorite issue. “There is no more fundamental building block for a strong community than safe, affordable housing," he said in a speech last November. When did you last hear a politician anywhere say that? He's a progressive! Oh, and p.s. Paterson is legally blind. He will be the first legally blind governor in America. I wonder what his horoscope for this month says. He's a Taurus. Eliot Spitzer is a pendejo.
